This newer bottle is much more floral and sharp on the opening - I am certain this is because it is newer.Also, yes, Noa is more “feminine” but please wear what you like and what suits your tastes and mood, don’t worry about the associations or what others think. Despite the large discrepancy in the notes, these two are in a similar clean vibe for me, with BLV NOTTE picking up more chocolate the longer it's on your skin, and Noa gaining more creamy sandalwood and a coffee note.
